All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package.

We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to initiate the process.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item or items from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for your item(s).
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a period of time determined by your card issuer’s policies.
If you bought one of our products at a store that carries ARRAY products, we suggest you return to that store for your refund or exchange according to the policies of that retailer.
